  Objetivo: Valorar la satisfacción y adherencia al tratamiento del paciente con HTA según el tipo de seguimiento. Metodología: Se utilizaron tres bases de datos (Scopus, Pubmed y Cinahl) y un motor de búsqueda (Google Académico). Resultados: Se seleccionaron un total de 55 artículos, aplicando los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Conclusiones: La implicación del colectivo de enfermería en todas las fases de atención al paciente hipertenso y en la investigación relacionada con el tema es imprescindible para seguir mejorando en el logro de los objetivos correspondientes y en la calidad asistencial que se presta a los ciudadanos

  Objective: Assess the satisfaction and adherence to the treatment of the patient with HTA according to the type of follow-up. Methodology: Three databases (Scopus, Pubmed and Cinahl) were used and a search engine (Google academic). Results: A total of 55 articles were selected, applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Conclusions: The involvement of the nursing staff in all phases of hypertensive patient care and research related to the topic is essential to continue improving in the achievement of the corresponding objectives and in the quality of care that is lends to the citizens.
