Resumen de ESTRATEGIAS PARA EL DESARROLLO MOTIVACIONAL EN EL APRENDIZAJE E-LEARNING DE UNA CARRERA DE TECNOLOGÍA SUPERIOR

  El presente estudio enfoca la motivación el cual es un elemento esencial para la marcha del aprendizaje y es inherente a la posibilidad de otorgar un significado al conocimiento. Dado que sin motivación el alumno no realizará una actividad adecuada, no sólo alineado a aprender un concepto, sino en poner en marcha estrategias didácticas que le permitan resolver problemas; ante la pandemia provocada por la enfermedad Covid-19 la enseñanza se mantiene mediante entornos virtuales de aprendizaje, lo cual es una tendencia en muchas instituciones de educación superior, que han sido puesto en práctica en las políticas de desarrollo y prospectiva académica. El objetivo de la investigación fue indagar sobre la importancia de la motivación de los estudiantes de la carrera de Ensamblaje y Mantenimiento de equipos de cómputos y la educación virtual. Estuvo alineada en el tipo de investigación documental de nivel descriptivo y enfoque cuantitativo, se utilizó como instrumento de investigación una encuesta a los estudiantes. La cual evidencio resultados que determinaron que la motivación y el uso de estrategias didácticas por parte del docente son esenciales en proceso de enseñanza ante la modalidad virtual en los estudiantes, dado que los estudiantes en los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje deben poseer características que le ayudarán a ser responsable y analítico.

The objective of the research was to investigate the importance of the motivation of students in the Assembly and Maintenance of computer equipment and virtual education. It was aligned in the type of documentary research of descriptive level and quantitative approach; a survey of students was used as a research instrument. Which evidenced results that determined that the motivation and use of didactic strategies by the teacher are essential in the teaching process before the virtual modality in students, since students in virtual learning environments must have characteristics that will help them to be responsible and Analytical.
