    El presente estudio pretende delimitar el concepto de Absentismo, tanto a nivel de su definición como su análisis estadístico, destacando las limitaciones de las diferentes aproximaciones estadísticas que se han venido empleando; para apuntar, por último, posibles soluciones viables dentro de la realidad laboral que ayuden a reducirlo.

    This study wants to delimit the concept of Absenteeism, on the one hand it show the definition and, the other hand its statistical analysis, emphasizing the limitations of the different statistical approaches which hove can used; this is to show possible solutions in the labour world viable in order to ovoid absenteeism.
