Resumen de La importancia del contento con la tarea para el buen funcionamiento de las empresas

En este artículo pretendemos poner de manifiesto la importancia que reviste el hecho de garantizar el contento con la tarea en los trabajadores de las empresas y organizaciones. Se estudian las relaciones existentes entre las características de los puestos de trabajo y el contento con la tarea. De igual modo se analizan las relaciones entre el contento con la tarea, por una parte, y la satisfacción en el trabajo, la motivación para el trabajo y la moral laboral, por otra. Estas relaciones dan pie para afirmar que el contento con la tarea es fundamental para el buen funcionamiento de las empresas. Se concluye con la exposición de las medidas que parece más urgente acometer, por parte de las empresas y organizaciones, para conseguir que sus empleados estén más satisfechos con la tarea que tienen encomendada.

In this report we try to remark the importance of guaranteeing the job satisfaction among the workers in the enterprises and organizations. We study the relationships existing between the characteristics of the job's places and the job satisfaction. At the some time we study the relationships between the job satisfaction, in one hand, and the work satisfaction, the work motivation and the laboral morale, in the other hand. Having these relationship into account we can say that job satisfaction is the main thing for the good functioning of enterprises. We finish with the exposition of the kind of measures that we believe more urgent for enterprises and organizations in order to increase the job satisfaction of their employees.
