    En el contexto de las ciencias sociales, el tratamiento informático de los problemas objeto de estudio constituye una práctica cotidiana. En el artículo se realiza una reflexión acerca del origen, significado y peligros que esta forma de actuar puede representar. Los ordenadores no son, ni deben ser, ni serán la panacea del conocimiento y de la investigación. En este sentido sería útil recordar y meditar sobre el teorema de Gödel.

    In the context of the social sciences, the computer treatment of the problems analysed constitutes a daily use. In the article is accomplished an study about the origin, meaning and dangers that this form of acting can involue. Computers are not, neither they should be, nor they will be the panacea of the knowledge and of the investigation. In this sense would be useful to recall and muse on the Gödel theorem
