Con este estudio se pretende identificar la problemática del maestro novel, buscar las causas de dicha problemática y apuntar soluciones operativas, básicamente aquellas que dependen del campo de acción de la Escuela de Magisterio. La metodología utilizada es de tipo cualitativo y sigue las actuales corrientes de investigación-acción.Aspectos a destacar serían el trabajo en equipo y el proceso de reflexión, y conclusiones, la necesidad de mejorar a nivel práctico la formación del maestro y la conveniencia de un soporte institucional en su primer año de ejercicio

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems of beginning teachers, look for the causes of those problems and point out operative solutions, mainly those which the Teacher Training college can provide. An Action-Research methodology is being used.Some aspects of the research which can be brought out are the work in groups and the process of reflexion, and some of the conclusions, the need to improve the practical training of reachers and the convenience of an institutional support for teachers in their first year of practice
