El estudio de las normas arbitrales internacionales permite el conocimiento de un nuevo plano de la institución arbitral clásica: la de su normativa internacional, compuesta por normas de reciente cuño y, tal vez, no suficientemente decantadas aún. Por ello, su examen, a la luz de las disposiciones de Uncitral y de varias Convenciones internacionales sobre el tema, resultan hoy indispensables, sobre todo si se tiene en consideración la gran dinámica del comercio entre los Estados como resultado de una cada vez más interdependiente economía global. El presente trabajo enfoca, desde un punto de vista general, este fenómeno nuevo y que, a no dudarlo, resulta cada vez más importante en la elucidación de los problemas jurídicos planteados por tráfico mercantil actual.

The study of the internacional arbitrary regulations allows the knowledge of a new plane of the classical arbitral institution:its international regulations made up of recent rules which maybe not decanted yet. That is why, their exam, under the supervision of the Uncitral arrangements and of different international conventions about the subject, are essential. Above all, if you have into conideration the great dynamic of commerce between the states as a result of an increasing global economy. This work focuses, from a general point of view, on this new sight that undoubtfully, is every time more important in the detection of the legal problems from the current commercial trading.
