Es importante conocer la época y los lugares donde transcurrió la vida de Jesús y sus antepasados para poder familiarizarse con sus costumbres y poder comprender y entender mejor los relatos descritos en el Antiguo y Nuevo Testamento. Los niños también tienen que empezar a tener contacto desde infantil con estos hechos. Es por esto por lo que el autor del artículo trata de ofrecer al lector numerosos recursos, actividades y materiales que permitan tanto al profesor como al alumno mejorar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la religión.

It is important to know the time and places where the life of Jesus and his ancestors spent, in order to become familiar with their customs and to understand better the stories described in the Old and New Testaments. Children also have to start having contact from childhood with these facts. This is why the author of the article tries to offer the reader numerous resources, activities and materials that allow both, the teacher and the student, to improve the teaching and learning process of religion.
