Resumen de El cantor del cine Rex: Una revisión del cine de Joselito

Alberto Elena Díaz

  • Joselito –one of the most influential popular phenomena in the history of Spanish film– has been studied only intermitently, and is typically considered only in his early films which brought him to be known as “the boy with the golden voice.” However, his later films contain many interesting elements which help map out his career with greater precision as well as clue us in to the impact he had on the movie-going public of his day and the eventual survival of certain popular preferences in Spain during abstract its recovery from the Civil War
