El objetivo de este documento es exponer el diseño y los principios del sistema Creator. Para ello se revisarán los problemas actuales en la creación de contenidos, así como la alternativa que se propone, incidiendo en su organización y en los fundamentos tecnológicos.

This article shows the principles and the general design of a system for the creation of digital contents and offers a revision of the present problems in the creation of educative contents. The proposal of the system denominated Creator is framed within the approach of creation of standardized contents and the learning objects whose terminology and concept are clarified by the authors
