Resumen de Evolución histórica y problemática del sector del champiñón en Castilla-La Mancha

En el presente trabajo se revisa la evolución histórica de] cultivo de¡ champiñón en Castilla-La Mancha, donde se concentra entre el 45 y el 50% de la producción española, desde sus tímidos inicios a finales de la década de los 50 hasta la actualidad, junto a la principal problemática asociada al desarrollo de esta actividad y las actuaciones emprendidas para abordarla. Palabras clave: cultivo de champiñón, Castilla-La Mancha, historia, problemática. = In this work, the historical evolution of the cultivation of mushroorris in Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), where between 45-50% of the total Spanish production is produced, from its begirmings at the end of the decade of 1950 until the present time, next to the main set of problems associated to the development of this activity and the actíons undertaken to approach it, are revised.
