    This article is a reflection about the importance of the cultural politic while autonomist and emancipates public politic. Propose as critic exercise squander the classic model the preservation of the objects and collections – show in the equation museum-monument-patrimony – dialoging with the news forms of the contemporary subjectivity. The new regional ethnology identify the emerging of the news objects and outsiders collections, that subverting the bourgeoisie cultural logic. News museums and the news memory places invite at the challenge of the reflect news perspectives and slopes to the cultural and ethnic heritage promotion in the Latin-American and Brazilian society.

    Este artigo é uma reflexão sobre a importância da política cultural enquanto política pública emancipatória e autonomista. Como exercício crítico enfoca-se o modelo clássico de preservação de objetos e coleções – expresso na equação museu-monumento-patrimônio – em diálogo com as novas formas de subjetividade contemporânea. Através de uma nova etnologia regional identifica-se o surgimento de novos objetos e coleções marginais, que subvertem a lógica cultural burguesa. Novos museus e novos lugares da memória convidam ao desafio de repensar novas perspectivas e vertentes para a patrimonialização e a promoção cultural e étnica da sociedade brasileira e latino-americana.
