Los cambios que han afectado a la vida de las mujers y, en consecuencia, a toda la sociedad, se manifiestan con formas diversas, como se describe en este artículo. El mundo laboral, los centros de enseñanza, la familia o las relaciones interpersonales, presentan una nueva imagen que se ha hecho habitual en muchos países, que ayudan a denunciar, por contraste, las carencias que la población femenina está sufriendo en otros. Mujeres que siempre han contribuido con una labor humanizadora en su propio entorno, valiosa e imprescindible para crear civilización, y que hoy debe ser más visible, más reconocida y más compartida. Los movimientos de mujeres que reclamaron e impulsaron muchos de estos cambios, y cada una de las que los han incorporado, no pueden dejar de estar atentas al sentido de los mismos y a las referencias desde las que se han producido.

The changes that have affected woman's life and, as a consequence the whole of the society are shown in a variety of forms, as it is described in this article. The job environment, the teaching centres, the families and the interpersonal relationships present a new image that is becoming habitual in many countries and they also help to report, by contrast, the lacks that the female population is suffering in other countries. Women that always have contributed with a humanistic approach in their own environment, which is both, valuable and mandatory in order to generate civilizaction that today must be more visible, more acknowledged and more shared. The movements that women have reclaimed, have pushed many of these changes, and any of the women have taken them on board, cannont leave unattended the sense of thes movements and the references from where they have been produced.
