    En el presente trabajo trato de enfatizar sobre el importante papel que representa la radiología convencional en el diagnóstico y valoración de las alteraciones que se originan a nivel del pie en los pacientes diabéticos.

    Con esta herramienta podemos valorar ele estado en que se encuentran los tejidos blñandos, el hueso, aparición de gas que significa infección por anaerobios así como el estado de las alteraciones secundarias a un proceso neuropático tan común en el paciente diabético.

    Espero que este trabajo aporte algo de luz en el tratamiento del pie diabético.

    Presently work I want to emphasize on the important paper that represents the conventional radiology in the diagnosis and valuation of the alterations that originate at level of the foot in the diabetic patients.

    With this tool we can value the stateof the soft tisue, the bone, appearance of gas that means infection for anaerobios as well as the state of the secondary alterations to a neurophatic process so common in the diabetic patient.

    I hope this work contributes something of light in the treatment of the diabetic foot.
