En el presente trabajo de investigación, se estudia la influencia del uso de distintas temperaturas de descongelación (5°C durante un periodo de tiempo de 2 min, 40°C durante 10 seg y 65°C durante 6 seg), sobre la viabilidad del semen descongelado de morueco, cuantificada mediante la determinación de la motilidad, la integridad acrosómica y el test de endósmosis celular.

The purpose of the present work was study the effect of different thaw temperatures (5°C during 2 min, 40°C during 10 sec y 65°C during 6 sec ) about the thawed semen ram survival assayed by determination of individual motility, acrosomic integrity and hipoosmotic swelling test.
The thaw of semen at 5°C, front to 40°C y 65°C, has unfavorable effect for the noted parameters.
