Resumen de Tradición mitológica y contextualización literaria: Prometeo en la lírica española del Siglo de Oro

Como esbozo de la perspectiva diacrónica «Prometeo en la literatura española », el corte sincrónico «Prometeo en la lírica del Siglo de Oro» relaciona los cinco mitemas de la historia prometeica (fijados por las leyendas antiguas en la relación de Prometeo con la religión del fuego, la creación del hombre, Zeus y Tetis) con la continua reinterpretación (cambio de contextos de lectura y escritura) realizada en los siglos XVI y XVII por diversos poetas. Aunque estos poetas trataron el mito prometeico colateralmente, sus textos muestran que este mito se adapta a nuevos contextos, aislando la historia mítica en mitemas, seleccionando algún mitema (o algunos) y dándole (o dándoles) un significado distinto del originario.

As an outline of the diachronic perspective «Prometheus into Spanish Literature », the synchronous character «Prometheus into Golden Age Lyrical Poetry» relates the five mythical nucleus of the story of Prometheus (set up by the ancient legends about the relationship of Prometheus with the fire religion, the man creation, Zeus, and Thetis) to the continuous reinterpretation (changes of the contexts of reading and writing) realized by different poets during the l6th and l7th centuries. Despite these poets treated the myth of Prometheus collateraly, their texts show that this myth adapts to new contexts cutting the mythical story off nucleus, choosing some nucleus, and giving it (or them) a different meaning from the original sense.
