  Desde siempre ciertas ideas han querido aplicar una sola teoría a todos los ciudadanos del mundo con el fin de realizar la felicidad terrestre - se habla de un modelo universalista. Si en la época del inventio del nuevo continente podemos estimar que una sociedad casi universal existía, fuerza es de constatar que desde entonces toda nueva tentativa fue condenada al fracaso: que sea por los utopistas, los comunistas u otros. Ni las políticas, ni las rutas, ni la radio, ni ningún otro medio de comunicación han logrado transformar al mundo de las ciudades en la ciudad del mundo. ¿Es que lo anterior no cambiará con la llegada del espacio virtual? Esa es hoy la pregunta que se hace con el paradigma de la universalidad.

  Since forever, certain ideas have been applied to only one theory to all citizens of the world with the goal of producing earthly happiness - a universal model is spoken of. If we can believe that an almost universal society existed in the times of the inventio of the new continent, it is necessary to state that since then all new tentatives have been condemned: be it utopias, communism or any other. Neither politics, routes, radio nor any other communication media have been able to transform a world of cities into a city of the world. Could it be that this will not change with the arrival of virtual space? This is the question made within the paradigm of universality.
