Resumen de TLM modelling of microwave applicator with an excitation through the waveguide

A microwave applicator with a waveguide used to launch the energy from the source into the metallic cavity is modelled using 3D-TLM method. An influence of waveguide position to the resonant modes distribution inside both empty and loaded cavities is analyzed, comparing numerical results with analytical and experimental ones.
