Resumen de Por un diálogo social nuevo

Antonio Marzal Fuentes

  • For a New Social Dialog [ANTONIO MARZAL] The complexity of the technical breakdown of the post-industrial society is so wideranging that we will have to bring dialog to as many people as possible, if we are trying to assure the minimum necessary social cohesion to create a human society. Naturally, there are speakers who haven't said anything yet, either because they were socially concealed for several reasons or because they had been told they were fully represented by classical trade unions. In any case, nowadays both situations are completely unbearable if it is true that we are looking for the minimum social cohesion of human society. Taking into account all the problems of our society, it is obvious that we need, in the name of dialog, the reappearance of the actual latest collective groups.

Paradoxically, the trade unions of the XIX century were precisely created to give the world back to everybody, through a rising rebel word, even to all those who were out of it, the proletarians of that time. If we do not want to attend the return of the original menace and violence we will have to reinstall the word, according to the new conditions of our society, that is a creative and new dialog.
