Resumen de Best Practices in EPC Project Scheduling

• According to the Construction Industry Institute ¿a good project schedule can save up to the 20% of the total project cost¿; but most project managers see the schedule as a source of constant headaches rather than an opportunity for project success.

  1.Introduction Ingeniería Química is collecting the opinion of project managers and project planners with the purpose of finding the ¿best practices¿ and heping to bridge the present gap between reality and expectations.

  If you have experience in planning EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) projects, please send your replies to the 11 questions listed below to the following address mjgomez@alcion.es. You do not need to reply to all of them, only to those where you have a clear opinion.
