Resumen de Régimen jurídico de los nuevos tipos "cooperativos" de Venezuela

Este trabajo describe sucintamente la reciente normativa que establece y regula nuevos tipos de entidades cooperativas en Venezuela, a saber: las Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito en Vivienda y Hábitat, y los Bancos Comunales Cooperativos. Se elabora un cuadro que permite comparar los elementos jurídicos esenciales de estos tipos jurídicos con los de las cooperativas en general, y se establecen algunas conclusiones

This work succintly describes the recent regulations that establish and regulate new types of cooperative organisation in Venezuela, namely Cooperativas de Ahorro y Crédito en Vivienda y Hábitat (housing and habitat savings and credit cooperatives) and Bancos Comunales Cooperativos (communal cooperative banks). A table permits comparison between the essential juridical elements of these legal forms and those of cooperatives in general, and certain conclusions are reached.
