    El presente trabajo aborda ciertas críticas marxistas a las teorías de la justicia surgidas a partir de la publicación de A theory of justice de John Rawls en 1971. Con la aparición de esta obra se generalizó en el ámbito de la teoría política liberal un enfoque explícitamente normativo concretado habitualmente en teorías generales o en análisissistemáticos de conceptos más específicos. En este artículo desarrollaremos la crítica sociológica e histórica de las teorías de la justicia a partir del debate iniciado en las páginas de la New Left Review.

    This article examines certain marxist critiques of the theories of justice that arose after the publication of A Theory of Justice, by John Rawls, in 1971. This book led the field of liberal political theory towards an explicitly normative focus that tended to develop into general theories or in systematic analyses of more specific concepts. In this article we shall broaden the sociological and historical critique of theories of justice based on the debate that began in the pages of the New Left Review.
