Resumen de El sistema de cuentas financieras y no financieras de la economía española

En este trabajo se expone el ámbito del sistema español de cuentas nacionales con referencia a los trabajos desarrollados por cada uno de los organismos que intervienen en su elaboración (INE, Banco de España, IGAE y AEAT). Se describen los distintos registros contables que se llevan a cabo, los ámbitos de colaboración entre las instituciones citadas y otras también involucradas y se precisa cuál es la información disponible de la Contabilidad Nacional de España (CNE), las Cuentas financieras de la economía española (CFEE) la Balanza de Pagos y la Posición de Inversión Internacional (PII). Se señala que están pendientes de elaborarse balances no financieros y que en España no estarán disponibles hasta el año 2010. Por último se menciona el reto que supone la revisión en curso del Sistema de Cuentas Nacionales.

In this article we set out the bounds of the Spanish system of national accounts in relation to the work done by each of the bodies involved in their preparation (National Institute of Statistics (INE), Bank of Spain, Audit Office (IGAE) and National Tax Agency (AEAT). We describe the different accounting records that are kept, the areas of cooperation between the above-mentioned institutions and others involved and we specify what information has been available on the National Accounts of Spain (CNE), the Financial Accounts of the Spanish Economy (CFEE), the Balance of Payments and the International Investment Position (PII). We point out that non-financial balance sheet are pending preparation and that in Spain they will not be available until 2010. Lastly, we mention the challenge represented by the review of the National Accounts System currently in progress.
