El artículo es una primera aproximación a la relación entre Martin Heidegger y José Ortega y Gasset. La tesis del autor es que en ambos filósofos la historia es pensada como hermenéutica y que abren la posibilidad para pensar el fin de la historia como fin de la racionalidad historicista.

The article is a fi rst approach to the relationship between Martin Heidegger and Jose Ortega y Gasset. The author's thesis is that, according to both philosophers, history is thought as hermeneutics, and that they open the possibility to think the end of history as the end of the historicist rationality.
