Resumen de Some Pragmatic, Form, and Content Difficulties in the Field of Translation
This paper focuses on pragmatic and linguistisc features of translation.
Through an instruccional, practical, and data-oriented approach, this study seeks to show a number of difficulties regarding stylistic and social variation as well as transference problems concerning form, meaning, and wordplay. Solutions to translation problems are provided on the basis of a close scrutiny and careful analysis of both the source an the target languages. The presentation and the examples discussed are intended to make students, teachers, and future translators more aware of usage issues and purport to serve as a guide for solving similar types of difficulties in the field of translation in a creative way.
