Resumen de La criminalizzazione dei migranti: un'introduzione
This is a very short paper introducing this special issue of "Studi sulla questione criminale" dedicated to discussion of migrants' criminalization. The author weaves through the general topic of the issue in connection with the specific matters addressed in the various papers. The relationships of the "racialization" of migrants and a "speciallaw" of migration with the issue of criminalization are specifically addressed.
