Al cumplirse 45 años del triunfo de la revolución en Cuba resulta oportuno reflexionar sobre las vicisitudes de este país caribeño, aislado de los planes del ALCA, marginado de la OEA y distante de la Unión Europea, ya que se observan evidentes contrastes entre la apremiante necesidad de una mayor integración de la Isla al mundo capitalista y la oleada de acciones drásticas de este régimen contra la oposición política interna.
