Resumen de Vivienda agraria en suelo rural: bases para una necesaria ordenación

La identificación urbana de vida rural como sinónimo de calidad de vida provoca que en algunas áreas, preferentemente en aquellas más próximas a la ciudad, prolifere la construcción de vivienda aislada. Éstas, además, se realizan a menudo bajo la figura de supuesta vivienda agraria, única posibilidad de realizar este tipo de construcción, aten-diendo a la normativa urbanística actual. La progresiva desaparición de la función agraria en la explotación o el desuso en el que entran algunas instituciones agrarias, como e1 mayorazgo vasco, provoca que la urbanización sea intensa. En este artículo realizamos, atendiendo a la normativa urbanística de la provincia de Gipuzkoa, una propuesta de mejora para la regulación de la vivienda unifamiliar aislada.

The identification of the rural life as a quality life by the urban population provoke that in some areas, especially in the urban side, the build of individual houses will be very important. So, those houses are building as a farmhouse because the urban judgements don't less doing freely there in a rural classification ground. By the other side, the farm functions abandonment in the family home and the less of the rural institutions as the Basque "mayorazgo" impel the intensification of the rural ground by the individual house. In this paper we do one proposition to better the urban judgements of the province of Gipuzkoa and, by this, to drive this process.
