Resumen de El significado del aborto para la adolescente que ha vivido la experiencia

El estudio está inserto en la línea de investigación "El Cuidado en la Experiencia Humana de la Salud en diferentes grupos poblacionales", Doctorado en Enfermería, Universidad de Carabobo. El objetivo fue develar el significado que tiene para las adolescentes su experiencia del aborto y construir, mediante teoría sustantiva, un modelo teórico explicatorio. El estudio se desarrolló en el Municipio Libertador, capital del estado Mérida, enmarcado en el paradigma cualitativo, mediante la Teoría Fundamentada en los Datos, para buscar comprender los significados que las adolescentes atribuyen a su experiencia abortiva en su contexto. Las participantes fueron 13, con edades de 16 a 19 años, a quienes se les realizaron entrevistas a profundidad, grabadas y transcritas. Los datos interpretados a través de matrices y documentos; de 120 categorías inductivas se agruparon en 20, surgidas de las tres categorías deductivas: relaciones familiares, pareja y amigos; condición social y estructural del ambiente; y sentimiento de la situación de aborto. Concluimos demostrando teóricamente que el contexto social de violencia, machismo, carencias afectivas y cultura de aborto, está ligado a los sentimientos de tristeza, vacío, pérdida, dolor por el aborto y el duelo como categoría central.

The present study is included in the investigation line of: "Care in Human Health Experience in Different Population Groups", as part of a Doctorate in Nursing. The aim was to find out the meaning that abortion has in adolescents, their own experience in order to build up - by means of a substantive theory - a theoretical and explanatory model. The study was developed in Municipio Libertador, in the Mérida state capital, using a qualitative investigation, applying the Theory Based on Data, in order to understand the different meanings adolescents attribute to their abortive experience within their own context. There were 13 participants, adolescents between 16 and 19 years old. They were submitted to full interviews, which were duly recorded and transcribed. Data collection was analyzed according to data matrixes and documents. A total of 120 inductive categories were assembled in groups of 20 according to three deductive categories: family relationships; partners and friends; social condition and structural environment; and feelings about abortion situation. The research concludes with the theoretical demonstration that in a social violent context, machismo, emotional deprivation and abortion culture are linked to sad feelings, emptiness, lost, sorrow for the abortion, and mourning as main category.
