Notes of Method about the Definition of Subsistence Wages.
The notion of subsistence wages is important in the frame of classical theory, but it has never been well defined. For this reason, the notion has been accused of being relativistic and tautological.
Although, the accusations are not justified, they are symtoms of real problerns.
They show that to define involves both metodological and theoretical aspects.
In this paper, the methological aspects are examined.
