Con este artículo pretendemos difundir la experiencia llevada a cabo en el Centro del Profesorado de Jaén, a través del Proyecto Inter-actúa desde enero de 2007.
Mediante este Proyecto de Formación del Profesorado en Interculturalidad, aprobado por las Direcciones Generales de Innovación Educativa y Participación y Solidaridad, hemos diseñado un itinerario formativo que diera cobertura a los distintos niveles educativos, a través de diversas acciones, intentando acercar al profesorado a una realidad plural y multicultural como puente para llegar a construir una escuela intercultural.

In this article we hope to tell of the experience being carried out in the Teacher Training Centre of Jaén via the Inter-actúa Project begun in January 2007.
Thanks to this Intercultural Teacher Training Project, approved by the General Directorate of Educational Innovation, Participation and Solidarity, a formative programme has been designed which applies to the different education levels, trying to bring teachers closer to a plural, multicultural reality as a bridge to build intercultural schools.
