    Después de una minuciosa descripción y análisis del delito de injuria, el texto analiza que el delito de injurias o insultos ha sufrido a lo largo de su evolución muy importantes cambios; no sólo en el Derecho Español o en el Derecho Histórico. En el presente texto se intenta dar una visión global de dicha evolución y de sus, mas que posible, evolución futura.

    After a meticulous description and analysis of the crime of damage, the text analyzes that the crime of damages, injuryes or insults has suffered along his evolution very important changes; not only in the Spanish Law or in the Historical Law. In the present text, we tried to give a global vision of the above mentioned evolution and his, sure and possible, future evolution.
