Resumen de Caracterización fisiocinética de la población pediátrica con Legg Calvé Perthes

  La enfermedad de Legg Calvé Perthes es una de las patologías más frecuentes a nivel ortopédico pediátrico.

  Al indagar acerca de las investigaciones relacionadas sobre esta patología tan común, se encontraron algunas enfocadas al diagnóstico imagenológico y sobre todo, a la intervención médica. En estas investigaciones se nombran algunas generalidades sobre la alteración fisiocinética de pacientes con la enfermedad, pero no se describen específicamente, ejemplo de esto, es lo relacionado con la sintomatología, donde se menciona la alteración de la marcha, sin especificar cuales fases son las afectadas. También se referencia como principal síntoma la limitación de la movilidad articular, pero no se especifica en que movimientos y cuantos grados de limitación hay. Por tanto no existe suficiente conocimiento de la alteración fisiocinética general causada por la lesión. En el presente artículo, se pretenden mostrar las características fisiocinéticas de pacientes con la enfermedad de Legg Calvé Perthes en estadio III (fase de remodelación o regenerativa), con el objetivo de evidenciar la relación que existe entre la fisiopatología y la alteración motora a que conlleva.

  The disease of legg calvé perthes is one of the most frequent pathologies at pediátrico ortopédico level.

  Nevertheless, when investigating to near the investigations related on this so common pathology, were mainly some focused to the imagenológico diagnosis and, to the medical intervention. In these investigations some majorities were mentioned on the fisiocinética alteration of patients with the disease, but they are not described specifically, example of this, is the related thing to the sintomatología, where the alteration of the march is mentioned, without specifying as phases they are the affected ones. Also the limitation of the mobility is mentioned like symptom to articulate, but it is not specified in which movements and whichever degrees of limitation it has. Therefore sufficient knowledge of the general fisiocinética alteration caused by the injury does not exist. In the present article, it is tried to show the fisiocinéticas characteristics of patients with the disease of Legg Calvé Perthes in stage III (phase of regenerative remodeling or), with the objective to demonstrate the relation that exists between the fisiopatología and the motor alteration to that it entails.
