Resumen de Compensation Analysis: The 2008 ICHRIE Salary Study
In this article, salary data are reported from the survey of hospitality educator compensation sponsored by International CHRIE. About 60% of the 757 individual member constituency participated in the online survey for this second bi-annual tracking of educator salaries. In addition to the analyses for U.S. based hospitality and tourism programs, this second itineration includes both 2-year and 4-year institutions in the U.S. and international programs. Data are presented by faculty rank, gender and type of institution, among other variables.
