  • In "Remembrance", many passages, including the oft studied glass jugs in the Vivonne, rely on a figure here named entre-réverbération or oscillating reflexion- Proust's "perpetual alliteration" — which tries to grasp the reversibility of object and subject — a figure in as much as it stands where the Imaginary finds Symbolic expression.
