    Se realiza un estudio referido a herramientas de Programación Neuro-Lingüística (PNL) para la Selección, Empleo y Adiestramiento que permitan escoger el personal adecuado tomando como resultado el lenguaje y el comportamiento.

    Para su desarrollo se revisaron teorías referidas a la PNL y al proceso de reclutamiento y selección sustentado en el proceso de la entrevista. Las conclusiones están orientadas a la importancia y conveniencia para la Gerencia de Recursos Humanos de aplicar la Programación Neuro-Lingüística como herramienta de selección de personal. Finalmente se recomienda aplicar la propuesta dentro del marco de adaptabilidad según las necesidades y exigencias de cada organización.

    He/she is carried out a study referred to tools of Programming Neuro-linguistics (PNL) for the Selection, Employment and Training that allow choosing the appropriate personnel taking the language and the behavior as a result. For their development theories were revised referred to the PNL and the recruitment process and selection sustained in the process of the interview. The summations are oriented to the importance and convenience for the Management of Human resources of applying the Programming Neuro-linguistics as selection tool of personal. Finally it is recommended to apply the proposal inside the mark of adaptability according to the necessities and demands of each organization.
