  Debido al aumento de la incidencia de lesiones vertebrales en edades cada vez más tempranas, un grupo de fisioterapeutas ha propuesto que las normas de higiene vertebral se fomentaran en los colegios, de manera que se incluyeran dentro de la formación de los escolares. Para ello es fundamental la formación y colaboración del profesorado incluyéndolo como una tarea educativa más.

  Due to the increase in the incidence of vertebral injuries at younger and younger ages, a group of physiotherapists has proposed that the rules of vertebral hygiene be promoted in schools, so that they are included in the training of school children. To this end, the training and collaboration of the teaching staff is essential, including it as an educational task.
