Resumen de Algumas observações sobre as alternativas para o controle dos recursos hídricos no Brasil
This article is about the problem of water in Brazil, concerning the national policies of water resources and the inplantation of control alternatives of the use of water. It also deals with the use of mechanisms for the administration of the water resources, users understanding on the need of preservation of the springs and the definition of a market of rights of water as a form of rationalizing its uses.
