Resumen de Determination of ceftizoxime hydrolysis constants reaction by high pressure liquid chromatography

In this paper, we have carried out the determination of ceftizoxime constants reaction by liquid chromatography at a pH range of 2-8 and temperatures of 30-60ºC. From the study of chromatographic profiles and U.V. spectra of the eluted fractions, it is possible to propose the reaction mechanism consider in the assay conditions.
