    Este trabajo trata de la desvalorización, invisibilidad y negación de la dignidad de la mujer en muchas esferas de la vida social. La mujer Pentecostal su trabajo es fundamental para la articulación y crecimiento de la iglesia. Es importante y necesario rescatar su quehacer Pentecostal desde lo pequeño, lo cotidiano con sus implicaciones y valor. La mujer explora todas las posibilidades de ejercer sus dones y su liderazgo; se apropia de la fe Pentecostal y ocupa los espacios sagrados dentro de la iglesia: con entusiasmo, creatividad y dignidad, porque se siente hija de Dios.

    Abstract This work treats of the devaluation, invisibility and denial of the dignity of the woman in many spheres of the social life. The woman Pentecostal his work is fundamental for the joint and growth of the church. It is important and necessary to rescue his occupation Pentecostal from the small thing, the daily thing with his implications and value. The woman explores all the possibilities of exercising his gifts and his leadership; it appropriates of the faith Pentecostal and occupies the sacred spaces inside the church: keenly, creativity and dignity, because daughter of God feels.
