  • Communication can only be successful if it reflects the reality of an organisation. You can promote a picture of the organisation, but if it�s wrong and you�re found out, you will be set back for years. The ICO needed to raise awareness of the benefits of data protection, and get people caring about it, while also running an extensive internal review to streamline and update our governance, operational and policy approaches.
