Las ideas aquí esbozadas constituyen una propuesta de carácter teórico-general, inspirada, principalmente, en el pensamiento filosófico latinoamericano de autores tales como: Paulo Freire, Juan Carlos Scannone, Enrique Dussel y Alejandro Moreno entre otros. Consideramos que las respuestas en torno a la situación particular que vive la Sociología Latinoamericana deben estar vinculadas con las exigencias que demanda la realidad social compleja. De ahí que nuestra propuesta se oriente en esa dirección. En tal sentido, nuestra disertación está estructurada de la siguiente manera: La Eterna Juventud de la Sociología: -en alusión al pensamiento weberiano- aspecto en el que se rescata la trascendencia, como condición para superar el espíritu positivista y asumir las nuevas emergencias discursivas presentes en esta disciplina. La Herencia, Desafíos y Perspectivas: En este punto se interroga y, a la vez, se responde acerca del camino que podría transitar la Sociología Latinoamericana. La Episteme como Pueblo y la Otredad como Episteme: Estas ideas se fundamentan respectivamente en una ruptura con la racionalidad científica moderna, colocando como elementos principales al sujeto comunitario, la relación comunicativa y la acción heurística hermenéutica como vía para aproximarse a la realidad social compleja, a la búsqueda del conocimiento.

The ideas here sketched they constitute a theoretical-general, inspired proposal of character, mainly, in the thought philosophical Latin American of such authors as: Paulo will Fry, Juan Carlos Scannone, Enrique Dussel and Alejandro Moreno among others. We consider that the answers around the particular situation that the Latin American Sociology lives should be linked with the demands that it demands the complex social reality. With the result that our proposal is guided in that address. In such a sense, our dissertation is structured in the following way: The Eternal Youth of the Sociology: –en allusion to the thought weberiano - aspect in which the transcendency is rescued, as condition to overcome the spirit positivista and to assume the new emergencies discursive present in this discipline. The Inheritance, Challenges and Perspectives: In this point it is interrogated and, at the same time, one responds about the road that could traffic the Latin American Sociology. The Episteme like Town and the Otredad like Episteme: These ideas are based respectively in a rupture with the modern scientific rationality, placing as main elements to the community fellow, the talkative relationship and the action heuristic hermenéutica like via to approach to the complex social reality, to the search of the knowledge.
