Resumen de Poder judicial i administració de justícia: llums i ombres dels estatuts d'autonomia de 1979 i 2006

Jurisprudencia i Legislació de Catalunya de la Honorable Senyora Núria de Gispert. En ell es fa un repás dels dos Estatuts calibrant les diferencies substancials entre l'Estatut de 1979 i el del 2006 en matèria de justícia. En aquest sentit, l'autora explica la manera com des de les instàncies jurídiques i les institucions polítiques s'ha defensat sempre per a Catalunya, un sostre d'autogovern elevat en matèria de justícia, tant pel que fa a les atribucions que pugui tenir el Tribunal Superior de Justícia de Catalunya, com pel que fa referencia a la descentralització del poder judicial.

This article is part of the inaugural address made by the Honourable Miss Núria Gispert to the Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation of Catalunya. This speech reviewes both Statutes measuring the substantial differences between the Statute of 1979 and that of 2006 in matters of justice. In this sense, the author explains how from the juridical departments and political institutions they have always defended for Catalunya a self-government ceiling elevated in matters of Justice, both for the possible powers conferred to the High Courts of Justice of Catalunya, and for that referring to the de-centralisation of the Judiciary
