El malfuncionament del sistema polític administratiu, l'evolució que ha experimentat la societat i els mateixos ciutadans els darrers anys i finalment la incertesa provocada per una manca de planificació a llarg termini per al futur són algunes de les tesis que es defensen en aquestes línies. Segons l'autor, cal que el país prengui decisions difícils, faci esforços addicionals i aconsegueixi sumar esforços entorn a un programa de transformacions profundes. No será fácil, apunta, i tan decisiu resultará consensuar el «qué fer» com el «com fer-ho». Tant de bo siguem a l'altura de les circumstáncies en aquests moments tan decisius per ala nostra história.

The malfunction of the administrative political system, the progress experienced by the society and the actual citizens in the past years and finally the uncertainty caused by a lack of planning for the future in the long term are some of the thesis discussed on these lines. According to the author, it is necessary for the country to take difficult decisions, make additional efforts and manage to join our efforts regarding a programme of profound transformations. It won't be easy, he points out, and it will be as decisive to reach a consensus on "what to do" as on "how to do it". Hopefully we will be up to the circumstances in these times so decisive for our history.
