  Se estudió la vegetación que prospera en biótopos ruderales de la ciudad de Valdivia (Chile), utilizando la metodología fitosociológica europea. A partir de 6l censos de vegetación se identificaron 8 sintaxa, 3 de los cuales constituyen nuevas entidades. Se discuten sus aspectos florísticos, estructurales y sintaxonómicos más importantes
