Resumen de Regulaciones del Trabajo Docente en el Área de Lenguas Extranjeras en la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis, Argentina

  El objetivo de este trabajo es compartir algunas reflexiones sobre las regulaciones y condicionamientos en el Trabajo Docente del Área de Lenguas Extranjeras/CeLex de la Universidad Nacional de San Luis desde su compleja realidad contextual a fin de mejorar su situación general y en particular, aquélla pertinente a la Práctica de Enseñanza. Se plantean y reconsideran algunos interrogantes surgidos de la "praxis" y se intentan abordar al menos tres categorías de análisis, a saber, condiciones, organización y regulaciones. Se establecen diversas relaciones conceptuales a partir de: un diagnóstico general del contexto situacional, el relevamiento y análisis de ciertos documentos institucionales (Planes de Estudio y Programas), como así también las acciones realizadas por los sujetos involucrados. Por otra parte, se consideran los aportes de estudios relevantes realizados en otros ámbitos universitarios, ya sea nacionales como internacionales, en tanto antecedentes que permitirían a su vez, enriquecer y reorientar la investigación realizada hasta el momento.

  The aim of this paper is to reflect on teacher's working regulations and conditionings in the Foreign Languages Centre at San Luis National University, considering its complex background so as to improve the general situation and, in particular, Teaching Practice. Some issues arisen from the "praxis" are stated and reconsidered, and three categories of analysis are focused, namely, teaching conditions, organization and regulations. Different conceptual relations are set up from: a diagnosis of the situational context, the analysis of institutional documents (Study Programmes & Syllabuses), as well as the actions carried out by the subjects involved. On the other hand, the contributions of investigations developed in other national and international university settings are taken into account as antecedents which would, in turn, enhance and open new horizons to this research.
