La actuación arqueológica en el nº 11 de la calle Olid de Jaén, ha permitido registrar restos de tres ocupaciones en una zona del casco urbano de esta capital en la que hasta el mo- mento apenas se habían producido actuaciones arqueológicas con resultados significativos. De este modo, se ha documentado restos de una vivienda fechada en un momento posterior al siglo XVII;
un alfar y diversos pozos ciegos con una datación entre los siglos XI y XIII; y un hábitat romano con una utilización entre finales del siglo I a.C. hasta el III-V d.C

The archeological intervention in the number 11 of street Olid of Jaén has been permited to register ruins of three ocupations in this city. Until now the archeological excavations in this area haven ́t importants results. There are documented ruins of a dwelling date of before S. XVII; a pottery factory and wells date between S. XI and XIII; and a roman village before S.I b.C.
