Resumen de Huellas Postmodernas en el teatro de Elizabeth Schön

La presente investigación interpreta la dramaturgia de Elizabeth Schön a través del estudio del pensamiento postmoderno y las posibles relaciones que este tiene con la estructura de su obra. El pluralismo, lo no continuo del tiempo y la negación de las fronteras entre la poesía y la dramaturgia invitan a refl exionar en torno a la propuesta estética de Schön.
La metodología utilizada fue básicamente documental-teórica. De esta manera, se cumplió con el objetivo de analizar, desde la postmodernidad, la dramaturgia de Schön, obteniendo como resultado una nueva perspectiva de su obra en el estudio del teatro venezolano.

In this paper tries to give a wide vision about the Elizabeth Schön`s dramatic work through the analysis of the postmodern thought and the possible relations between it and Schön`s work structure. The pluralism, the no-continous of the time, and the denial of the boundaries between poetry and drama invite us to think about the Elizabeth Schön´s aesthetics proposal. The metodology used was basically documentary-theorical.
Hereby, it was fulfi lled the aim to analyze, from the postmodernity, the Schön�s dramaturgy, obtaining as result a new perspective of her work in the study of the Venezuelan theatre.
