    Una vez que las ciudades y aun el territorio han cumplido de manera básica su condición de habitabilidad, se vienen constituyendo como hechos culturales, pues, si bien en los siglos posteriores al Renacimiento la religión fue una condición que estableció naciones e imperios, y en los siglos XVIII y XIX lo constitutivo fueron la economía, las finanzas, en el pasado siglo XX el mundo giró alrededor de un debate político que, lejos de resolverse, se diluyó en las actuales crisis ambientales, alimentarias, financieras y sociales. Muchos plantean que por fortuna el debate se centrará ahora en los temas culturales: serán el arte y la cultura los nuevos paradigmas de una sociedad desencantada y en muchos casos obrando desde la resistencia. Es en este sentido que se hace necesario poder establecer el saldo pedagógico de cada una de las acciones que se llevan a cabo en el territorio y así hacer de este espacio vital un lugar de convivencia y equidad.

    Once the cities and even the territories have met their basic living conditions, are being constituted as cultural facts, although in the previous centuries of the Renaissance, was the religion a condition that established nations and empires, and in the XVIII and XIX centuries the relevant was the economy, the finance, in the twentieth century the world turned around a political debate, that far from being resolved, was diluted in the current, environmental, food, financial, and social crisis, and many claim that now the debate will be focused in cultural matters, the art and culture will be the new paradigms of a disillusioned society and in many cases working from the resistance. In this sense it is necessary to establish the pedagogical balance of each of the actions of each of the actions that are carried out in the territory and make this vital space a place of coexistence and equality.
