Resumen de Normen, Regeln und praktische Gründe. Eine Auseinandersetzung mit Peter Stemmers Theorie der Normativität
In a recently published book Peter Stemmers introduces an impressive theory of normativity, norms, conventions, and practical reasons that stands in the tradition of legal positivism. This paper recapitulates and discusses the main features of Stemmer's theory. On the basis of this discussion an alternative account to Stemmer's point of view is developed and defended. This account claims to be more systematic than the rival theory and, of course, more true to the facts.
